He perform services for the NY State Dispute Resolution Association as a certified legal financial arbitrator and mediator. Mr. Rivers is a financial and taxation advisory expert. In addition, to being a CFO, he’s worked as a Treasurer and Comptroller for Non Profit and for profit business entities and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Rivers is also a professor under the State Universities of New York system, where he has taught both Business Management and Principles of Accounting.
